At Fernbank Museum of Natural History's Pirate and Princess Day, little pirates and princesses donned their finest pirate and princess attire.
Visitors used recycled newspaper to make pirate swords and princesses made wands to complete their costumes.
Cartoon Network provided treasure that didn't require pilfering. Guests could choose between a collectible Scooby Doo action figure or Cartoon Network cartoon tattoos.
To make the pirate thing official, visitors were able to receive temporary pirate tattoos to finish their look.
