Klasse, Pilot on top of leaderboard
Leigh Klasse Claudia Pilot and have set up for another showdown today.Two of the most dominant golfers of the State are atop the standings of the 34th edition of the Minnesota Public Women's Golf Association Senior Championship Publinks. Klasse 73 fired a one-above normal in the first round Monday at Eastwood Golf Club. Driver was 4 of 76.
Klasse, played golf at Meadowbrook Hopkins and Pilot of Austin, who plays officially out of Wedgewood Golf Course in Albert Lea, finished in the top two spots in this tournament last year.
They will start at 1:20 p.m.Today, in the final trio of flight of the championship, with Nicki Reuterfeldt Bunker Hills Golf Course.
